My YouTube Story: Why I Started (and Kept Going)
I launched my YouTube channel about three years ago—in the thick of the pandemic—thinking it would be a simple way to get my voice out there so local buyers and sellers could find me. Spoiler: it wasn’t simple. I was nervous on camera, glued to a teleprompter, wrestling with gear (there was an entire week where my audio just… would not work). It was rough.
Eventually I ditched the fancy setup, picked up my iPhone, and started talking candidly about real real estate—what I see every day as a top-selling agent in Orange County, CA—and the mistakes I’ve made and learned from.
The “aha” moment
One early video unexpectedly took off. The response was overwhelming and crystal clear: there’s a huge need for straightforward, no-nonsense guidance. That moment reshaped my purpose for the channel (and now this blog): to educate buyers and sellers, give you practical tools, and help you make confident, well-informed decisions.
What you can expect from me
Real-life, timely topics pulled from current transactions.
Practical how-tos (prepping for photos, navigating inspections, negotiating smartly).
Consumer empowerment so you understand your options—and your leverage.
A little tough love when you need a nudge to take the next step.
Why I care so much
Buying or selling a home is exciting—and exhausting. My goal is to make it easier, clearer, and far less stressful. If something I share helps you avoid a costly mistake or negotiate a better outcome, that’s a win.
